1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Traydzee subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access until that period ends
- No further charges will occur after cancellation
To cancel, you can:
- Use the Billing & Subscription option in your dashboard, or
- Contact us at support@traydzee.com
2. Free Trial & Billing
- If your plan includes a free trial, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period
- You will be charged the subscription price shown at signup unless you cancel before the trial ends
- Trial length and billing start date are visible in your account
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled under the following rules:
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the first charge
- Each account is eligible for one refund
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Failure to cancel before a renewal
- Account inactivity
- Dissatisfaction after extended usage beyond the refund window
5. Billing Issues & Duplicate Charges
- Pending charges are not completed charges and often resolve automatically
- If a duplicate charge fully settles, please contact support and we’ll review it promptly
6. Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank.
Chargebacks may delay resolution and can result in account restrictions.
