How do I start using Traydzee?
Getting started is simple:

Sign up using your email and create a secure password. - Explore the dashboard
Access stocks, funds, themes, and AI-powered insights, all in one place. - Search or browse
Look up specific assets, explore investment themes, or discover opportunities. - Read the insights
Each asset includes clear explanations, supporting data, and AI-driven analysis to help you understand the bigger picture.
Using Traydzee’s Tools
How do AI recommendations work?
Traydzee’s insights are generated using advanced AI models that analyze hundreds of data points, including fundamentals, performance trends, peer comparisons, and market signals.
Each insight includes a plain-English explanation so you can understand:
- What the recommendation is
- Why the AI reached that conclusion
- Which factors matter most
Traydzee supports better decision-making. It does not replace your judgment.
Can I research both stocks and funds?
Yes. Traydzee covers:
- Individual stocks across global markets
- Funds and ETFs, including performance, holdings, and risk context
You can seamlessly switch between asset types and explore how stocks and funds connect.
What if I don’t understand financial terms?
That’s exactly what Traydzee is built for.
We focus on:

Account & Subscription Management
Is Traydzee free?
Traydzee may offer free access or trial periods, depending on availability. Some advanced features require a paid subscription.
Your dashboard always shows:
- Your current plan
- Included features
- Trial and billing status
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
All subscription changes are managed directly from your account.
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your Traydzee account
- Go to Account Settings → Manage Subscription
- Choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel
- Changes take effect according to your billing cycle
- Access is never revoked mid-cycle
- Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Canceling does not delete your account or saved data. If you resubscribe later, you can pick up where you left off.
Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks

Free trials & billing
If your plan includes a free trial:
- Billing begins automatically when the trial ends
- Your billing start date and price are clearly shown at signup and in your account
- You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged
Why was I charged?
Charges usually occur because:
- A free trial ended
- A billing cycle renewed
- A plan upgrade took effect
You can always review:
- Billing history
- Current plan
- Upcoming charges
in Account Settings → Billing.

Refund policy
Traydzee does not automatically issue refunds for unused time or partial billing periods. Please read our refund policy Refund Policy . If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@traydzee.com.
Refund requests are reviewed under these guidelines:
- Requests must be submitted within 14-days of the first charge
- Each account is eligible for one refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not issued for:
- Partial billing periods
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Account inactivity
- Dissatisfaction after extended usage beyond the refund window
Billing disputes & chargebacks
A billing dispute, also called a chargeback, happens when a charge is challenged through a bank instead of contacting the merchant.
We strongly recommend contacting Traydzee Support first.
Why?
- We can usually resolve issues faster
- Banks don’t have access to your subscription history
- Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve
If a chargeback is filed:
- Stripe and Traydzee must submit account and billing evidence
- Access may be temporarily limited during review
- Repeated chargebacks may result in account restrictions
Our goal is always to resolve billing issues directly and fairly.

Does Traydzee give financial advice?
No. Traydzee provides investment intelligence and decision-support insights, not personalized financial advice. You are always in control of your investing decisions.
Security & Data Protection
Protecting your data is a core part of how Traydzee is built. We use industry-standard security practices and trusted payment providers.
Our support team will never ask for full card numbers, passwords, or authentication codes.
